Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully as by placing an order you are deemed to agree to these Terms and Conditions.
1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

2. CONDITIONS OF PURCHASING
2.1 The lavendashop.com online store - lavendashop.com, is dedicated to allow making healthy food purchases using the Internet.
2.2 To shop at lavendashop.com you must be over eighteen years of age.
2.3 The offer of the lavendashop.com online store is valid only in the United Kingdom.
2.4 The basic requirement for your purchases is to register wit us at lavendashop.com. Setting up an account will allow you to make a payment and send the order to us. All details provided upon registration or at any other time must be correct and complete, and you must inform us promptly of any changes to this information
2.5 Each order placed is confirmed by phone or e-mail by the member of team. If you did not receive any confirmation from us, please contact us to ensure your order has been successfully placed.
2.6 By placing an order online at lavendashop.com. The ordering party declares that they had read and accepted the Terms and Conditions. If the Ordering Party fails to comply with these Terms and Conditions, lavendashop.com is entitled to cancel the order.
2.7 Online Shop lavendashop.com accepts orders at any time at day/night, on all days of the year. However orders placed on Sundays and public holidays will be considered on the first business day following the day on which the order was placed.
2.8 Orders can only be made in the UK. Orders may be submitted in Polish or English.
2.9 All prices quoted in lavendashop.com's online shop are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT. Lavenda reserves the right to change prices without prior notice, subject to the provisions below. In such cases, Lavenda undertakes to inform the Ordering Party immediately of the situation. If no new price is accepted, the order for the specified product will not be accepted. Price changes do not apply to ongoing orders that have already been confirmed by telephone or email.
2.10 We will provide you with a sales receipt for your order.
2.11 Photographs, descriptions and any information relating to particular products belong to the individual manufacturers of products available in the store or to Lavenda and are copyrighted. It is a crime to use photos, descriptions and any product-related information without the knowledge of the authors of these publications and is liable to legal consequences.
2.12 An order for which no payment will be made within 3 working days from the day the order is placed will be canceled.
2.13 The offer for organic vegetables and fruits is only available for home delivery within the EH post code (orders over £15) or for pick-up at Lavenda (no minimum) . Orders for organic vegetables and sheep outside the EH post code will not be processed.
2.14 Organic vegetables and fruits come from the organic farm of East Coast Organics. The certificates are available at lavendashop.com under producers - East Coast Organics.
3. PAYMENT METHODS
3.1 When shopping online at lavendashop.com we accept the following forms of payment:
- Bank Transfer
- Pay by Debit or Credit card
- Pay with cash (only on delivery by Lavenda or pick up in store)
4. PRICE OF SHIPMENT
4.1 For every order made in the form of mail, the shipping cost depends on the weight of the order. Parcel will be delivered by Royal Mail or DPD.
Parcel up to 2kg - £3.90 (up to 3 working days)
Parcel 2kg - 10kg - £6.90 (1-2 working days)
Parcel 10kg - 15kg - £8.39 (1-2 working days)
Parcel 15kg - 20kg - £9.59 (1-2 working days)
4.2 Orders over £50 are eligible for free delivery.
5. CONDITIONS OF DELIVERY OF ORDERS
5.1 Orders placed online will be processed within 48h after the order is placed and payment received . Products are subject to availability and we cannot guarantee that all products will be available at the time of accepting an order. If we are unable to deliver an item you have ordered, you will not be charged for that item.
5.2 Free home delivery is available for orders over £20 in the area of Edinburgh (including all EH post codes). Orders are delivered up to 48 hours after receipt of the payment for the order.
5.3 We reserve the right not to deliver to all locations. Home delivery orders are only available to EH postcodes.
5.4 Orders placed for collection in the shop and for shipping do not have a minimum order amount.
5.5 Final acceptance of the order means that the order is delivered to the Orderer when Lavenda's account receives the appropriate funds. At the moment of handing the package to the courier's hands, the Ordering Party receives an e-mail informing about this fact.
5.6 Upon receipt of the consignment, the Purchaser shall be entitled to check the contents of the parcel in the presence of the serviceman of the delivery company. If the consignment does not contain the goods indicated in the order, the goods are different from the ordered ones, or the goods are damaged, the Purchaser shall have the right not to accept the consignment and should notify the Seller immediately, ie Lavenda Company by telephone at 01315555006 or by email: email@example.com.
5.7 Shop is not responsible for delays and errors on the Royal Mail and courier companies.
5.8 If we are unable to deliver your order, or have to deliver late or on a different day, for reasons beyond our control, we cannot accept liability for any inconvenience or loss that this may cause.
6. ADVERTISING AND WARRANTIES
6.1 Claims for damaged, poor quality or wrongly delivered goods must be notified to us within 24 hours of delivery, otherwise they may not be considered.
6.2 If the purchased product has technical defects, you may return the item with a description of the defect and the invoice / invoice, or contact lavendashop.com to replace damaged products. Always contact us prior.

6.7 In the case of mechanical damage, it is best to take a damaged product, an item and send it to email: firstname.lastname@example.org with a description of the damage.
6.8 In case of damage to glass products, the store reserves the right not to list the products being shipped.
7. RETURNS OF GOODS PURCHASED
7.1 The ordering party may withdraw from the contract without giving a reason by submitting a relevant statement in writing within 7 days from the date of issue of the item. To keep that deadline, it is enough to send a statement before it expires or contact the store.
7.2 In the event of a decision to withdraw from the contract, the Purchaser should return the package duly packed within 7 days of receipt. The ordering party is obliged to have the receipt of the goods returned to the store by mail or courier. This shipment is made at the cost of the Ordering Party. Before returning the product to the dealer, you must contact the store to inform him or her of the return.
7.3 Refunds are only permitted for unused merchandise (without any traces of use) and originally packaged if the product was present in the packaging. In addition, the open product is non-refundable or exchangeable.
7.4. The returned goods should be accompanied by the invoice / invoice.

8.5 In matters not covered by these Regulations, the consumer protection provisions, such as Distance Selling Regulations (DSR) 2000, Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Directive 97/7 / EC, Electronic Commerce Directive 200
8.6. In the event of a lost shipment, the store reserves the right to 21 working days from the date of delivery of the consignment. Then, the store is obliged to reimburse the cost of the order or re-issue the parcel, according to the customer's earlier decision.
